Terms and conditions

This is a translation for convenience. If there is any difference, the Spanish version prevails.

1. Who we are

verticecollective.co is the website of Vértice Collective S.A.S., tax ID (NIT) 902.073.176-2, a company domiciled in Bogotá D.C., Colombia. Our full contact details (address, phone and email) are in our Privacy policy. For anything at all, write to contacto@verticecollective.co.

2. Acceptance

By browsing this site you accept these terms. When you send us the contact form, we ask you to accept them expressly by ticking a box, and we keep a record of that acceptance.

3. Our services and the information on this site

This site gives a general description of our services: corporate event production, events at medical congresses, product launches, technical production and audiovisual content. That information is not a binding commercial offer: every project is quoted and agreed in writing.

Any prices we publish are for reference. Unless stated otherwise, prices for Colombia are in Colombian pesos and exclude VAT (IVA); for clients outside Colombia they may be stated in US dollars.

4. How we contract

• We send you a written proposal or quote with the scope, price, payment terms, dates and how long it is valid.
• The service is hired once you accept the proposal in writing or sign the corresponding contract.
• We issue electronic invoices and receive payments by bank transfer. For now we do not take payments through this site.
• Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling and deliverables for each project are governed by its proposal or contract. If anything in these terms conflicts with what we signed with you, the signed document prevails.

5. Cancellations and refunds

The rules for cancelling and requesting refunds are in our Refund policy.

6. Intellectual property

The text, photos, videos, design, logo and other content on this site belong to Vértice Collective S.A.S. or are used with their owners' permission. They may not be reproduced or used commercially without prior written permission.

Brand names shown on this site belong to their owners and are mentioned only as a reference to projects we have worked on. We only show work in our portfolio that the client has authorized us to show.

If you give us material for a project (logos, photos, music, videos, text), you confirm that you hold the rights or permissions to use it for that purpose. Ownership and use of the deliverables are set out in each contract.

7. Proper use

You agree to use the site lawfully, not to try to disrupt it, and not to send us false information or other people's data without their permission.

8. Liability

We try to keep the information current and the site working well, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. Third-party sites we link to (for example, our Microsoft Bookings scheduling page) have their own terms and are the responsibility of their owners.

9. Personal data and cookies

The processing of your data is governed by our Privacy policy and the use of cookies by our Cookie policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is the one published on this page, with its date. Changes do not affect contracts already signed.

11. Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. If you have a complaint, write to contacto@verticecollective.co and we will reply within fifteen (15) business days. If you act as a consumer under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011, you may also go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
